Elearninga-z.com offers all members’ unlimited access to a multi award winning LMS anda library of online courses. Courses are classified according to various categories or buckets offering a wide range of learning to meet the learning needs of our learners. Elearninga-z.com also offers a variety of learning tools, including playlists, customised course recommendations, course history, certificates of completion, and more.
You would get an email receipt of your purchase(s).
If you wish to change profile information, please follow these steps: 1.Once you are logged into Elearninga-z.com, you will be enabled to view your account menu 2. Select profile link 3. Click on edit profile 4. Enter your new information in the appropriate fields 5. Select Save to confirm changes.
You can update your credit card details on your profile page. Visit the payment section of your profile page to update your credit card/billing information
You only have access to the courses, job aids, tools and other files in the libraries you have subscribed to.
Can I cancel anytime or am I locked in for a certain amount of time? Answer: Your subscription would be valid for the period you have paid for. After which you can renew your subscription to remain valid on our portal. If subscription is not renewed for a period of 6-8months your account would be deactivated and you would need to register as a new user all over again.
No, you can view videos that have been posted on your resource page but you cannot download the videos. However, you can download other documents such as pdf, office documents etc.

If you wish to change profile information, please follow these steps:

Elearninga-z.com is not limited to a single device. It can be assessed across different devices.

To be able to use the LMS you need to make sure that the PC and internet connection that you are using meet this minimum system requirements.
  • CPU: 300MHz or higher and a 512MB RAM or higher.
  • Browsers: Internet Explorer 7 or above, Firefox 3 or above
  • Browser Plug-ins: Flash Player 10, Java
  • Soundcard: Any basic soundcard.
  • Internet Connection speed of:1Mbps download or above and512kbps or above upload.
Click on the learning icon on the top left side. Select the learning plan option to access the demos that has been installed for your view.
Check your junk and spam folders for a message from info@elearninga-z.com. And if you still do not have a password reset mail, kindly send a mail to info@elearninga-z.com to inform us about this.

TROUBLESHOOTING
  • Log out of Elearninga-z.com, quit your browser, and then log back in.

  • Try removing browser add-ons. Make sure your operating system has all important updates
  • Try using a different web browser like Chrome or Firefox
On your home page, click on learning tab, an array of other menus comes up, select catalogue, then view all courses. If this doesn’t work, contact our support desk on+2348140002090to request for training to be added to online library.

Exercise files are project files or informational documents the instructor uses to teach the course. Exercise files are available to members, and can be downloaded by clicking the instructor menu on your profile page.
