Decision making is a part of life, both in and out of work. No matter who you are or what you do, you’ll be making decisions each and every day. As a leader in an organization, your decision making responsibility only increases. All leaders, no matter where you work, are presented with numerous opportunities to make decisions—some big, others small. Your ability to make good decisions in a timely manner will certainly impact your ability to lead and manage. The better your decisions, the stronger the leader you’ll be.
This course is best used for larger decisions or one you’re having trouble making. Yet whatever the situation may be, it should be a decision you have time to think about; one that does not need to be made on the spot.
This course will help you build your decision making capabilities. The more you use the process, the stronger your skills will be, and soon you’ll be able to perform this type of process instinctually.
